Terms of Service
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and UJI when you use the UJI app, this website or preview links. By creating an account or using UJI, you agree to them. If you use UJI for a business, you agree to them on its behalf.
The service
UJI is software for jewellers: inventory, preview links, Studio, campaigns, workflows, parties and JIA, the assistant that works across them. We may add, change or retire features as UJI grows, and we'll give notice before removing something you rely on.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your email secure, since sign-in links and codes are sent there.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what the people you add to your team do.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone has got into your account.
Plans and payment
- Starter is free, with the limits shown on our pricing. It isn't a trial.
- Pro is billed yearly. The price depends on what's included and is agreed with you before you pay.
- JIA and Studio are charged by use, in rupees. You can set a monthly limit, and Studio shows its price before you generate.
- Fees are due as agreed and don't include taxes, which we'll add where the law requires. Except where the law says otherwise, fees already paid aren't refunded.
Your data
Your business records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide UJI to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to put information into UJI, including details about your clients, karigars and other parties.
AI features
JIA's answers and Studio's images are made by AI and can be wrong or imperfect. Check anything important, such as weights, prices and stock, before you rely on it. JIA asks before making changes to your records, and you're responsible for the changes you confirm. You may use the images Studio makes for your business.
Preview links
You decide what a preview link shows and who receives it. Orders placed through a link are between you and your buyer. UJI records them for you but isn't a party to the sale.
Fair use
- Don't use UJI for anything unlawful, including selling goods you aren't allowed to sell.
- Don't try to break into UJI, other customers' data, or systems connected to it.
- Don't copy or resell UJI, or use it to build a competing product.
Ending your use
You can stop using UJI at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we'll tell you first where we reasonably can. Before your account closes, you can ask us to help you export your records.
Our responsibility
We work to keep UJI available, accurate and secure, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant. If you keep using UJI after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
